- REMOTELY CONTROL: The Gateway connects to the Tinewa Lock App to achieve remote unlocking, taking the limitations of Bluetooth unlocking distance away.
- COVERAGE: It is recommended that the distance between the Gateway and the smart door lock should not exceed 32 feet (10 meters), otherwise the connectivity of the Gateway may be affected. Please note that when adding a Gateway, your smartphone and the Gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
