I have always liked the BT branded handsets as they tend to offer good build quality with a bunch of practical features without costing a fortune. That's certainly the case here. All I need in my office is a phone that will survive the rough and tumble of life on my desk, while featuring a decent answerphone and being cordless for good measure. It ticks all the boxes, and then some. The voice quality is good when making, taking and recording calls. It's perfectly loud enough when making a call, unlike some handsets I've had that struggle in that department. The answerphone was a sixty second doddle to set up and equally easy to use thereafter. Very clear view of calls received, volume controls clearly marked, straightforward to turn on and off, skip messages etc.Overall then, a small footprint cordless answerphone-equipped handset that offers great value for money (in my opinion) and delivers the functionality required in the office - or at home, I guess, if anyone still has a landline at home that is... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Phones *by A***R on 11 February 2017* So I got these for my Grandomother as I thought that these would be easy for her to use. They are, easy to use, loud ringer and also the ear speaker too is great. The addititaol functions of a light the flashes when ringing is good.One snag yet others may like, when I programmed the numbers into the phone book there is no function to copy from handset to handset, meaning you would have to manually put the numbers in to all handsets. ### ⭐⭐⭐ works fine, programmed memory easily and put in answer message no trouble, not great but at the price good enough. *by R***5 on 17 October 2018* Works fine as a home working phone. Have to be careful placing back on the stand as the handset slides off very easily if the charging prongs don't catch the bottom of the handset, it's ended up on the floor a couple of times, until I realised how carefully you had to replace it.Initial impressions, apart from that design fault, good bit of kit.
