The handle is comfortable and plenty of room for both hands to be on it at once. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Has helped me with getting back into working out *by J***H on May 21, 2023* I've only recently started working out again after going through chemo. The adjustable nature is extremely helpful so that I don't have to purchase 4 different products to get the results of what this accomplishes. The only reason why I don't give this 5 stars is the weight distribution is odd. I would have though it would have been a 5lbs and two 10lbs or something akin to sticking with a 5/10 combination. The three weights given are two 7.5lbs and one 10lbs. I would have wanted like three 5lbs and a 10lbs instead but that's just preference.
