Treated with care, they should last a good long time. I wash them by hand in warm water and hand dry them afterward. They come out spot-free and sparkling like they the first day I used them. I have other acrylic glasses that scratch very easy and did from the first day. These feel like they will hold up. I used them a dozen or more time since I received them and not a single mar. I wanted something that looks nice but doesn't shatter when dropped accidentally. I think I found the right brand.I bought a pair of these to hold a drink while I watch my baseball. The thumb indent is classy and as a bonus, it's unbreakable. One of the glasses I received sits completely flat on a flat surface while other must have an uneven bottom which you can't even make out looking at it BUT when set down the glass can be tipped ever so slightly from side to side.
