Since then, I have had a bad time of getting it under control. I have tried microdermabrasion, custom acne topical creams, differin, but the acne kept raging on. I was having another 3 week run with re-appearing cysts on my chin, so I tried this out. They work fantastic! I think the key ingredient is the niacinamide. I bought a custom topical cream prescribed by a doc and it had that. Cream didn't work because product always showed up dried up in the bottle. When I use these patches it immediately flattens the cyst and decreases the pain. I was getting another bad one (in a different spot ☹️) after using these earlier this week. It pretty much stopped the explosion. My only complaint is the few amount of patches that come in the box. I don't mind paying for something if it works, but 6 barely handles a cystic breakout for me. I put a dot of antibiotic ointment on the red spots that morning and by evening they were gone as well. Wow. If these work as well as they did on my tough old hide... Just say'n. It comes and goes and I've tried a lot of different things that help temporarily but it takes a while and even so,the break outs always come back. When I came across this product, after reading reviews I got decided to give it a try to see if it would reduce the size and time I have the cyst. A lot of people had luck. Unfortunately it didn't work for zits that we're deep cysts under the skin. It helped reduce the size of a few cysts on occasion but not every use. It only seemed to work on zits that have come to a head. So I'm giving it three stars for that.
