I purchased the Hiniso RM16S Dehumidifier to tackle the extreme monsoon dampness at my home in Bhubaneswar, where ambient humidity easily crosses 80%. The indoor air was constantly sticky and clammy, but this machine has made a remarkable difference. This machine also feels reliable. Highlights: Packaging & Delivery: The packaging was outstanding. It came reinforced with both sturdy cardboard and wooden framing, ensuring the unit arrived in perfect condition without any transit damage. Performance: It pulls a massive amount of water out of the air. Currently, during the peak humid days, we are emptying the water tank at least twice a day. Comfort: Within just a few hours of running, the heavy, muggy feeling disappeared. The air inside feels noticeably lighter, crisp, and comfortable now. Ease of Use: Draining the tank is straightforward and maintenance is minimal.
