## Features - Solid Alder Body - Maple Bolt-On Neck - Rosewood Fingerboard - Vintage Tremelo with block saddles - 5 Position Switch with coil tap ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0010XBLP4 | | Back Material Type | Alder Wood | | Back material type | Alder Wood | | Body Material Type | Alder | | Body material | Alder | | Brand | YAMAHA | | Brand Name | YAMAHA | | Color | Sonic Blue | | Colour | Sonic Blue | | Connector Type | 6.35mm Jack | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 406 Reviews | | Fretboard Material Type | Rosewood | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00086792866017 | | Guitar Bridge System | Tremolo | | Guitar Pickup Configuration | S | | Hand Orientation | Right | | Included Components | not included | | Instrument | Guitar | | Instrument Size | 17.913 x 47.835 x 4.134 cm | | Item Dimensions | 121.5 x 45.5 x 10.5 centimeters | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 121.5L x 45.5W x 10.5H centimeters | | Item Weight | 3 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Yamaha PAC | | Manufacturer Part Number | PAC112V SOB | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Name | Pacifica 112V | | Model Number | PAC112V SONICBLUE | | Model Series | PACIFICA | | Neck Material Type | Ash Wood | | Neck material type | Ash Wood | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Strings | 6 | | Set Name | YAMAHA Pacifica 112V Sonic Blue Set | | String Material Type | Alloy Steel | | Top Material Type | Alder Wood | | Top material type | Alder Wood | | UPC | 086792866017 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Back material type:** Alder Wood - **Body material:** Alder - **Brand:** YAMAHA - **Colour:** Sonic Blue - **Top material type:** Alder Wood ## Images ![Yamaha Pacifica Series PAC112V Electric Guitar; Sonic Blue - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51y7mMam2LL.jpg) ![Yamaha Pacifica Series PAC112V Electric Guitar; Sonic Blue - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51v6Pb7GloL.jpg) ![Yamaha Pacifica Series PAC112V Electric Guitar; Sonic Blue - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Gcw9OxnWL.jpg) ![Yamaha Pacifica Series PAC112V Electric Guitar; Sonic Blue - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ecwghVwWL.jpg) ![Yamaha Pacifica Series PAC112V Electric Guitar; Sonic Blue - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51srjImQ0SL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What's the difference between coil tap and standard? Please explain.** A: Danny M described what a coil tap is, but the difference between "coil tap" and "standard" goes beyond that here on Amazon. The "Coil tap" model is a 112V and the "standard" model is a 112J. They are both similar guitars, but the 112V has several small upgrades: Alnico V magnet based pickups instead of ceramic magnets, the tremolo is slightly upgraded with block saddles, and the tone knob can be pulled to coil tap the humbucker into a single coil. Also, the pickguard on the 112v is smaller, exposing more wood, but this is really more a style thing.. **Q: I am a beginner trying to look for my first guitar. What is the difference between Coil tap style and Standard style in this product?** A: With coil tapping it gives you more total sound options. You simply have to pull up on one of the knobs. Its a nice feature. **Q: Is the tone nob supposed to feel much looser than the volume nob? I just got my Pacifica and this is the case.** A: Do you have the 112v or the 120h? I bought the 120h and my tone nob is the same as yours. It feels much looser than the volume knob. Doesn't feel right. **Q: Does the violn sunburst look the same on the back?** A: Yes, it looks the same. Also, there are 2 white caps on the back for electronics just like every guitar. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Guitare électrique Yamaha Pacifica *by C***S on 20 May 2026* Belle qualité , belle guitare, sons variés, pour un débutant passionnés je suis très satisfait ! ### ⭐ Deluso *by G***O on 2 November 2025* Arrivata con 1 corda rotta ## Frequently Bought Together - Yamaha Pacifica Series PAC112V Electric Guitar; Sonic Blue - Amazon Basics Adjustable Folding Guitar Stand, A-shape, Fully Assembled - For School Music Program, Concerts & Multiple Users, Black - New Bee 10 ft Guitar Cable - Electric Instrument Cable for Bass, Guitar, Mandolin, Pro Audio - Straight to Straight - Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/591264824-yamaha-pacifica-series-pac112v-electric-guitar-sonic-blue](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/591264824-yamaha-pacifica-series-pac112v-electric-guitar-sonic-blue) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
