## Description

Nelly is a young sergeant for the Agency and the Boros Legion—but her brashness means she’s more instigator than investigator. Help her identify suspects with a deck that’s ready to play right out of the box and experience Magic: The Gathering’s most popular multiplayer format. The Murders at Karlov Manor Blame Game Commander Deck includes 1 Red-White deck of 100 Magic cards (2 Traditional Foil Legendary cards, 98 nonfoil cards), a 2-card Collector Booster Sample Pack (contains 1 Traditional Foil or Nonfoil alt-border card of rarity Rare or higher and 1 Traditional Foil Borderless Common or Uncommon card), 1 foil-etched Display Commander (a thick cardstock copy of the commander card with foil etched into the card’s border and art), 10 double-sided tokens, 1 deck box (can hold 100 sleeved cards), 1 Life Wheel, 1 strategy insert, and 1 reference card.

Review: Fun deck, though challenging to learn how to play well - Absolutely no complaints on product delivery or quality. The deck theme is unusual for red/white (“Boros”) colors, as it features both the goad mechanic and the new suspect mechanic. It’s a stretch for a critter deck pilot like me, but my first play experience was fun. I kept the other players jumping; one had direct damage and the other was able to use convoke to dodge my goads, though, so I did die. I’ve upgraded with a few on-theme cards from the MKM set, so I’m looking forward to the next session. My recommendation for gameplay: if you draw some decent evasion in the first couple of turns, don’t fire Nelly at the others until you’ve built up some defense. Otherwise, you’re going to need to attack early and pretty much every turn to avoid being stomped by a gang of menacing, suspected creatures.
Review: Goading is GOAT-ing - I. Love. This. Deck. For a pre-con, it's great right out of the box. The goading mechanic is engaging, forces player interactions, and adds a unique layer of strategy to your attacks. 5/5, would recommend.
