It's not amazing quality but is fine for the amount I paid. He's a very happy boy..... all he needs now is to learn how to play it!! ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars As a regular and generally very happy Amazon customer I am extremely disappointed at their policy ... *by W***0 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 September 2015* Item was a replacement for an exact same item found to be faulty on arrival, at least 2 of the notes not sounding. A replacement was sent speedily and without question. The notes were still a little rough but since I was only intending to see if I would want to progress to an more expensive adult model I decided to keep it. Two months later and after gentle use (i.e. not used by a child, this is after all intended for children who would likely treat it with much less care) the screw attaching the shoulder straps to the top of the instrument has come out. On contacting Amazon to obtain a refund I find that I am outside the returns period! Purchasers should bear in mind that whilst this is a cheap and attractive little instrument the musicality out of the box is suspect and may not stand up to even light use. As a regular and generally very happy Amazon customer I am extremely disappointed at their policy as it affects me in this instance. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Time travelling?
