Good tool. *by W***C on July 4, 2024* I recently had to replace a outside water spout that was leaking. Turning off the water metering valve was harder than replacing the leaking spout. This tool made it easier to turn the valve. Tall enough to fit in the city access box, this product has a nice length handel to provide good leverage to turn a stiff valve. I recommend this tool over others that have a much shorter handle. Weld are robust and the tool is made of rebar, this tool should outlast me, but if it were to fail the metal is thick enough to clean and reweld.
