Or the deck is woefully small and lacking detail or balance between positive and negative energies. This is a 60 card deck!!!! Well balanced, very detailed. I just love it!!! I also love that upright and reversed are right on the cards for easy reference. Great add for any collection, and definitely gotta have if you're a reader like me. In fact one of my friends is going to purchase the deck after trying a test run with him. The energy is great and they are more beautiful then expected. When the light hits them, the metallic shimmer lights the cards up like a lit candle and makes them even more magical. These will definitely enhance my client and personal readings. Many clients contact me for life transitions and or often a major crisis and these cards are very beneficial to add and utilize to my tarot readings to draw out more but they don't have to be used solely for life transitions. I also noticed that I was able to draw out more info with my husband utilizing this deck including thoughts and feelings surrounding his Dad who passed two years ago, something I wasn't expecting and had no clue about because I was doing a general reading as requested and he was too blown away. I got info I just wasn't expecting to get! The shape doesn't make these cards hard to shuffle but I did find the matte stock was ultra matte and cards like to stick sometimes. I am infatuated with this deck. It is absolutely gorgeous! Even the deck box is exceptional quality with great attention to detail. Both the inner and outer box is wrapped inside and out in artwork, leaving not a blank or bland spot to be found. The inner box slides so perfectly snug into the outer box (also just adding extra protection), and the bottom of the outer box closes magnetically which is very apeasing; both features holding everything so securely. Before ordering this deck I was a little unsure about the strange card shape but even that is perfect. Not only does that feature add character but they also sit so much better in your hands. The card stock is absolutely ideal. Excellent weight and texture that makes them shuffle and slide like butter. I'll make mention of it once more just because it's warranted; the beauty of this deck... from the art itself, to the white, black, red, and gold color scheme, to the gold foiling, which just breathes life into each card; I am just in awe. Overall I am simply elated with my purchase. I was absolutely buzzing when I first opened this deck and started looking through it. Way better than I could have ever expected or hoped for.
