After quiting smoking I purchase a desk with month 1 savings. But it was not complete! Every desk requires something fun to enjoy while your day grinds away. This product would make an excellent personal gift to yourself, friend or spouse who likes golf. Its juct the right size for a small, medium or large desk and han hold additional pens which can be purchased from the same site. Fast delivery also. 5*****

I purchased this as a gift for a birthday. It arrived late (after the predicted delivery dates), so the seller promptly responded and said that they would send another one out. I eventually received the pen set and the packaging was really damaged, the set had a piece missing and wouldn't stand up properly. It just looked really badly made. So the seller said they would resend the gift free of charge and wouldn't charge me for the return of the faulty pen set - I could just keep that or throw it away. I thought this was good customer service. However, it took ages to receive the replacement - over 10 days (approx) and when it arrived - same again! Damaged packaging and rubbish product. The seller communication was good, but the delivery and product itself was poor. It was just meant to be as a birthday present - a nice simple purchase, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
