I do not believe that most doctors are aware of alternative measures to help their patients, and those who do know of certain "unaccepted" measures, are hounded and threatened of a loss of their medical licences' if they dare to suggest any "alternative" method to healing, or even prevention. The one minute cure helps to begin an enlightenment of mankind, to the more often "superior" alternative methods of being healthy, and getting healthy. I chose to use the method of "food grade" hydrogen peroxide, not to be confused with "pharmacy" grade Hydrogen Peroxide, which most people are familiar with. Neither can viruses or harmful bacteria *by A***A on April 4, 2020* A cancer cell cannot live in the presence of oxygen. Neither can viruses or harmful bacteria. If you could properly oxygenate all of the cells in your body, then most diseases would be prevented or cured. The best way to oxygenate the body is through the ingestion of 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide, diluted in distilled water. This book contains the simplest and clearest protocol to do that, and the book is concise and easy to understand. It is important to follow the guidelines in the book, especially regarding taking the food-grade hydrogen peroxide on an empty stomach -- that is, waiting at least three hours after eating before taking it, and waiting at least an hour after the peroxide before eating, so that the peroxide will not mix with bacteria in food and cause foaming and nausea. It does take a certain amount of planning (around meals) and discipline to follow the prescribed protocol, but the benefits to your health from doing so are incalculable. I would like to add a few of my own observations to the recommendations in the book: (1) Keep the distilled water in the refrigerator; this makes the peroxide taste better and thus easier to take. (2) Keep the peroxide in the refrigerator, so it does not lose potency. (3) In terms of the titration (tapering), if you start to feel too uncomfortable, it's best to reduce the drops by one each day (taper down) for a little while rather than give up on the regimen. This allows your "healing crisis" to operate more slowly so you feel less uncomfortable. This is just common sense and the way the titration of any wellness product should work. Then when it feels tolerable again, titrate back up one added drop per day to follow the chart in the book. (4) If you still find you cannot complete the protocol in the book, the hydrogen peroxide will still be effective in promoting health even if you take just 9 or 10 drops a day in distilled water; say 5 drops twice a day in six to eight ounces of water. Also, remember that other options and avenues of using the 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide are available, as noted and described in the book; one way is the 3% spray using something like an empty nasal spray bottle to spray into the mouth while inhaling it into the lungs. (This could conceivably be an excellent use for coronavirus treatment, for example.) I'd like to sum up by saying I highly recommend this book; it is probably one of the most important health books published in the past century. I'd also like to credit Gary Renard's last two books (published 2013 and 2017 respectively) as the source of inspiration for some of my thoughts in this review. Lastly, there is a PDF of this book available for free online if you search for it. It's great if you want to access the book quickly or if you want to search it for keywords using Control+F.
