They got back in touch and kept in contact with me by email until the problem was solved, (and this was over the Xmas period when everyone else had shut down for there Xmas holiday break) The Now Tv card is now working fine. In defence of shop2direct over this problem I am now aware that the problem was with myself and not shop2direct. This Now Tv card is working now, it’s very good value for the money, shop2direct have been really good in sorting it out. I will look forward to shopping with them again. Just in case you were wondering what the problem was, it was because I didn’t have my registered details with Now Tv up to date, after making sure that everything was correct and my account was up to date, the Now Tv card then worked. ALL GOOD. However, it did come with an expiry date of March 30th, which was fine for me, but don't try to buy too many or they will expire before you can apply them. If you're sensible, and play the system, NOWTV can be very reasonable, with sellers like this providing this kind of deal. Also remember you do have to provide your credit / debit card details when you first set-up NOWTV, but with one exception (my fault) I have never been charged unexpectedly for passes. Keep an eye on your account and cancel in good time. Most of the 1 stars you notice is that you get charged by sky... If the people would have read what now tv actually states on their site WHEN you enter the code, that you WILL be charged once it runs out unless you cancel ANYTIME before it runs out. It's a shame people knock the sellers rating down through their own ineptness to understand nothing is ever free with SKY ... That rant over, Ordered it, paid for it received the code within 2 hours.
