I’m lucky to have recalled that because this is a bright, perfectly balanced condiment also seems to have more complex (peppery) flavor profile than similar types of hot sauces. Others range from hot vinegar to bland & flat. The taste is so appealing I will probably trim my hot sauce collection to just this one. Spice level is moderate imo, but you can enjoy flavor instead of being overwhelmed by painful tongue & breathing fire. I imagine this will do well on many types of potato home fries, liven up certain soups, and add a little something extra to tacos. The consistency/viscosity is fine-not too watery or nor too gloopy.
