The square, plastic edge angle guide is somewhat useful, especially for people new to sharpening. However, the white disc came unglued and fell off the metal base within five minutes of use. (It can be glued back on, haven't got around to it yet.) Both the white and blue discs seem to be fouling which impairs use and they are both quite soft. They do fit the Horl Model 2 perfectly. The bottom line is, I am thinking the discs aren't going to be much use.
