Picture quality is good sound good BUT came home on Wednesday 14th September and found the face plate on the floor with everything exposed. So broke after 3 days. Very disappointed and feel let down. ### ⭐⭐ Not the best Quality Video door entry system *by W***Y on 25 April 2018* Seemed like a quality product before ordering.It works ok and picture quality is good but after a couple of weeks the outdoor unit face plate fell off along with the call button. Unfortunately the face plate which is plastic, was only glued on and in the sun it failed.
