It is brilliant. My Ipod Touch (bought new October 09)has an inbuilt app for a microphone, so all I had to do was plug the little button into the headphone jack and start recording. I sat it in the middle of a 14 foot square room and it picked up everything with great clarity. I recorded for just over an hour and it had no noticeable effect on the battery, much to my surprise, as I had read comments about it draining the battery. (Maybe my battery is fairly new and in good shape) If you want a Microphone for your Ipod I do not see the point in buying anything else, it is brilliant and at less than the price of a packet of fags. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought this to plug i to my Xbox One ... *by D***N on 20 May 2017* I bought this to plug i to my Xbox One controller to use instead of a headset.
