I absolutely swear by these Magnesium and Potassium gummies. I have leg cramps and trouble sleeping but these gummies help with both. I will keep buying more as needed. I love the taste too!

I really like these gummies -- they taste good, and I think they have helped my leg cramps. My only complaint is that the gummies used to have a sugary sprinkle coating on them which kept them from sticking together. Now they come without that coating, and the contents are stuck together so firmly I have had to use a pair of needle nose pliers to get them out of the jar. It's very annoying, and I will have to see if there is something similar that doesn't do that. This is my second bottle like this.
