Cuchillo (versión de 203mm) fabricado en acero molibdeno (microaleado) bien protegido en espuma dentro de una caja de cartón con buena presentación. La empuñadura es lo que menos me ha gustado al ser de plástico, antideslizante, en color verde pero por el tacto que tiene.. ya que lo prefiero de madera, no por otra cosa. El cuchillo está muy muy afilado en acero inoxidable. Lo hemos probado para cotar filetes de pollo y lomo de cerdo y lo hace sin despeinarse. Es una gozada la facilidad y la comodidad que nos da.
