The 11's were too big and the 10's (left shoe too tight-my right ft is size 10 and my left is a 10 1/2). The strap pushed my foot too far to the end. Crocs are sensitive to heat and moisture (someone got their crocs wet, left them outside in the summer heat and they shrunk...big time). Anyway you got to be careful. With that caveat out of the way this is what I did. I ran the strap under very hot water (our water out of the tap is real hot...to be honest too hot). Left it under the water, maybe 5 secs. Then stretched the strap WHILE HOLDING THE PIVOT POINT (so as not to damage that part) and put the strap around the heel to keep it stretched and kept it there overnight (in the house with temps in the 70's). The strap initially stretched without having to pull hard, because of the hot water (if it doesn't stretch, leave it under the hot water a little longer so it does). Afterwards, the left one fit perfectly for me. Do this at your own risk. I LOVE these shoes. They are comfortable, easy to put on and take off and ive been wearing them almost everyday for almost 2 yrs without complaint.
