Update: The company offered to fix the ring for us. We sent it off and within a week or so it was back on my fiancé’s finger. She loves it even more. Thanks to Ioka and Shiro for stepping in and taking care of this for us.I would give this ring 5 stars because my now fiancé loved loved loved this ring. However, she went to work this morning and realized her ring had a missing stone. The ring was given to her in January so it has been less than 9 months and the ring is already broken. Definitely it expecting this. She is devastated and Im angry.

I brought a ring back in December of 2020. In late January one of my stones fell out and without any problems I was able to send it back for them to fix.. just got it back today and just like new!! They did a great job on getting back to me fast to help me resolve the problem.. I love my ring!! Thank you!!

The ring was a perfect size stone not to much bling, but stunning the same. A small side stone fell out, I was heartbroken, but i simply made the return and replace and I had the replacement ring the following day. I love going with prime. Returns are perfect.

I ordered a 6.5. but, i guess i received 5.5. because, we already purchased a 6, it has some difficulties to fit my fiancée finger, but she could wear it. SO I ordered a new 6.5 this time, and it cannot enter her finger.Does the enterprise offer a solution?
