I would recommend this to others that sleep in different positions than I do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice pillow but could improve *by S***E on 4 October 2023* I had the previous version of this Ergonomic Pillow and I was impressed with it after testing several other pillows for my neck pain (I tested 3 other pillows) however, this one was the one I liked the most. The pillo was not too soft and the pillow did provide enough support for my neck. After a few months of use almost, a year It felt different so it was time for a new one. I recently decided to try the new version of the pillow and I am very happy with it but have mix feelings. The foam is firmer than the previous version and it provides much better support for my neck but also it is a little too bulky in the new arm section (I guess for bigger arms?) and I did not love that the only option was only the white one, I would have liked more colors. However, I also find that the pillow stays firm all night long and confortable. The new version also has a more breathable design. This helps to keep me cool and comfortable all night long. Overall, I like the new version of the pillow. It is a significant improvement over the previous version, no fan of the color however. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive pillow in that respect is one of the best. After a week of testing the are my conclusions so far: Pros: Firmer foam provides better support for the neck (specially if you are over weight) Pillow stays firm all night long More breathable design Cons: Some users may find the pillow too firm Pillow may not be suitable for people with small arms (but if your arms are big then this is a pro) No enough colors.
