Review: It works, I’d buy it again. - Great power bank for recharging your phone or usb-a charger devices. Purchased for keeping phones charged on long days at the beach or by a fire, where there’s no access to power. With 2 multi-charger cords, we can charge 4 phones and some earbuds at the same time. It’s not a fast charger, but it charges fine. Only improvement I’d like to have is the battery clicking into place like their tools do, it can be bumped off the battery rather easily… since I’ve got multiple dewalt batteries, this is way better than the various 10k-20k mah battery banks. Review: Good - Works as said ## Features - Plastic / Metal - Imported - Durable enough to withstand job-site abuse - Charge up to 2 small USB compatible electronic devices on/at the job site off your 12V or 20V MAX* Batteries when AC power is not available - Allows you to work with all DEWALT slide style battery packs - Indicates when unit is powered on and ready to charge devices - Similar to a fuel gauge, it indicates the amount of power remaining in the battery ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00EYSUK7W | | Best Sellers Rank | #82,647 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #262 in Power Tool Battery Chargers | | Brand | DEWALT | | Built-In Media | 12V/20V MAX* USB Power Source With State of Charge Indicator | | Color | Yellow | | Compatible Devices | USB compatible electronic devices | | Connector Type Used on Cable | USB | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 5,287 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00885911327978 | | Input Voltage | 20 volts | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 2.25"D x 6.81"W x 8.25"H | | Item Weight | 7.36 ounces | | Manufacturer | DEWALT | | Mfr Part Number | DCB090 | | Model Number | DCB090 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Ports | 2 | | Output Voltage | 18 volts | | Product Dimensions | 2.25"D x 6.81"W x 8.25"H | | Specification Met | CE | | UPC | 885911327978 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 3 year limited manufacturers warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** DEWALT - **Color:** Yellow - **Item Weight:** 7.36 ounces - **Output Voltage:** 18 volts - **Product Dimensions:** 2.25"D x 6.81"W x 8.25"H ## Images ![DEWALT 12V/20V MAX USB Charger with 2 Ports and State of Charge Indicator(DCB090) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61NskznvYUL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the output of the USB ports (amperage)** A: According to a DeWalt product manager, The total output is 1.5 amps. If you only plug one device in it will pull up to 1.5 amps. If you plug two devices it will split the power .75 and .75. It is actually the device that determines the amount of power it pulls, so it might not be split right down the middle. If you have a product that wants to pull more, it can, so sometimes it could be .9 and .6. **Q: With a fully charged 20V Max battery, roughly how many times would I be able to charge my phone before I would need to charge the 20V battery again?** A: one to 10 times depending on: 1) Ah capacity and voltage of Dewalt battery you attach to it. Some dewalt max 20 batts are 1.5 Ah @ 20 volts (30 watts) capacity and some are 5Ah at 20 volts (100 Wh) 2) the mA capacity of the phone or device you are charging. Some phones have 2,000 mAh @5 volt (10 watts) batteries , some have 5,000 mAh @ 5 volts (25 watts) batteries. On top of that there is some loss. So you can expect between two to ten full charges on your phone depending on phone type and what size dewalt battery you use. **Q: What is in the box?** A: This is the USB dock bare tool. Batteries, chargers, cords all would be separate. The only thing in the package is the yellow docking unit. **Q: Is this a Dewalt DCB090 12V/20V Max USB Power Source and a charger for the 20V max batteries?** A: Dear Customer, Yes, this is this a Dewalt DCB090 12V/20V Max USB Power Source. I will provide you with a link to the MFG site if you need further technical assistance. http://www.dewalt.com/tools/cordless-batteries-dcb090.aspx 1-800-4-DEWALTThank you,Sales1510 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works, I’d buy it again. *by A***A on June 23, 2025* Great power bank for recharging your phone or usb-a charger devices. Let me preface this by saying I'm not a tradeskill professional and don't do any jobsite stuff. I'm a DIY guy with a corporate job that requires quite a bit of business travel - I needed a power bank for the plane and long layovers at the airport. This was low cost and I already had DeWalt 20v batteries lying around that I could put to use. On my most recent trip, I took only a single fully charged 20v with me and it charged my HTC One M8 from about 10% to 100% 4 times and only dropped down to 2 bars. I don't know if that's closer to the 34% or 66% (4 bars would be easier to read) but it still had plenty of juice left to power my drill when I got home and had to put together some furniture my wife bought while I was away. It doesn't postively click into the battery like the tools, but it does have a rather tight fit that never came loose in my carry-on luggage. And it has 2 USB slots, so you can share with your neighbor on the plane if they find themselves running low. Fantastic product if you already have the batteries to go with it. ## Frequently Bought Together - DEWALT 12V/20V MAX USB Charger with 2 Ports and State of Charge Indicator(DCB090) - DEWALT 20V MAX* LED Work Light/Flashlight (DCL040) - DEWALT 20V MAX LED Work Light, Rechargeable Flashlight, Pivoting Head, Bare Tool Only (DCL050) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/5837629-dewalt-12v-20v-max-usb-charger-with-2-ports-state](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/5837629-dewalt-12v-20v-max-usb-charger-with-2-ports-state) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
