I actually cut the top off and used it to line the sump hole in the basement of my house. One item of criticism is that it seemed to be slightly larger in diameter than indicated in the information provided. I thought I had taken careful measurements to ensure that it would fit in the hole, but I had to enlarge the hole slightly. And, that was not an easy thing to do. I had to chip away concrete. So, after I got the hole enlarged, it worked fine. The tank itself is very sturdy and of good quality.
