So please, order the 12 and dont short a box and return it as new. **Q: The package shows plastic caps that snap on to each roller. But none were included in the box. Were they suppose to be there or is that separate?** A: As Bill Boles and WESSOL said, the caps are already on the rollers. The picture just shows how a cap is placed on the roller. I did have to press down on the caps, however, because some weren’t fully seated.
