We did that and it worked great!! **Q: I'll be washing these on warm or hot - has anyone tried this? Do they deteriorate rapidly?** A: Hi, these pillow cases are great. I have washed mine several times being that I change my bed every other week and I have so many pillows so again, these get washed regularly. I put them in with my whites in cold water, dry them on gentle and they are like brand new. I highly recommend.
