Mais après plusieurs années d'utilisation je me rends compte que j'ai fait le bon choix. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by S***T on 9 November 2018* Der Griff liegt gut in der Hand, die Griffmulde verhindert, dass man umbeabsichtigt mit dem Finger auf die Klinge gerät, das Messer hat ein angenehmes Gewicht. Langzeiterfahrungen habe ich noch keine, aktuell ist das Messer aber superscharf und schneidet frisch gebackenes ebenso wie altbackenes Brot wie Butter mit einem glatten, sauberen, geraden Schnitt. Keinerlei Reißen, Krümeln oder Ausfransen des Brotes. Wie scharf dieses Messer ist, merkt man an dem Schneidebrett, das kräftige Schnittmarken abbekommt. Hier noch ein ganz wichtiger Tipp: verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall ein Schneidebrett aus Bambus oder, noch schlimmer, aus Glas. Beides schadet der Klinge ganz enorm. Verwenden Sie besser eines aus einem weichen Holz wie Akazie. Und wer ein solches Messer in die Spülmaschine stecken will, kauft sich besser ein Billigteil von Fackelmann. Wenn die Stahlsorte die im Angebot angegebene ist, dürfte die Schärfe bei richtiger Anwendung (siehe oben) auch lange so bleiben. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es aber: die beiden Einlagen, die den Griff bilden, sitzen im vorderen Bereich zur Klinge hin am Rand nicht hundertprozentig bündig auf, sondern es befindet sich dort ein ca. 1/3 mm breiter Spalt. Dort könnte sich mit der Zeit Fett und Schmutz ablagern. Wen das stört, der kann einen halben Stern von meiner Bewertung abziehen. Ein kleines, feines i-Tüpfelchen ist aber die ebenso einfache wie pfiffige Verpackung. Sie besteht aus einer Scheide aus Karton für die Klinge, die ins Altpapier wandern kann. Das Ganze ist dann noch in ein sogenanntes "Grubentuch" eingewickelt, ich würde das einfach als Geschirrtuch bezeichnen. Da hat sich endlich mal jemand Gedanken gemacht, wie man die ständige Plastik- und Styropororgie für den Versand vermeiden kann.
