It's changed my home life for the better, and I'm so grateful for it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relatively low cost answer to add compatibility *by K***N on 14 January 2026* Does the job of converting the valve for use with Drayton wiser controller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ M28 to M30 TRV adaptor for a modern thread on older rads (UK) *by E***D on 24 February 2020* I bought some Eqiva digital radiator valve thermostats at a good price only to find that our radiator thermostat valve screw threads are the older 28mm thread rather than the more modern 30mm thread required and thus I needed an adaptor in order to fit a modern thermostat. All these these type of adaptors are a daft price for what they are (even crude moulded plastic ones) and ended up costing more than the digital TRV I needed to adapt (beware a bargain bought in ignorance) but I took a chance on this & after seeing a German reviewer who purchased one for exactly the same requirement. This is one that Amazon UK sources from Germany (hence the majority of reviews in German).
