Review: One of My Favorite Un-Cookbooks! - Julie's recipes are easy to follow and provide yummy results. When I began to change to a raw vegan diet, my husband was afraid that I wouldn't be cooking any more meat for him. However, once I started introducing new recipes from this book (and others) he quit making comments about missing the meat. Now I am probably 95% vegan and he is eating about 80% vegan. He's lost 20 pounds without even trying and has more energy than ever. As I usually try to do, I borrowed this book from the library to try it before I bought it. When it was time to return it, I knew I wanted my own copy. I highly recommend this book!

Julie's recipes are easy to follow and provide yummy results. When I began to change to a raw vegan diet, my husband was afraid that I wouldn't be cooking any more meat for him.
