Not wide enough for men’s shoes . Disappointed !** A: Quick Lifts are made for both men and women. The packaging is unisex and shouldn't display such text. **Q: Mens sizes are too small and stops at size 10 which is below average.what about normal mens sizes and widths?** A: I use in 11 1/2 **Q: can i take this from one shoe to another? I only need a 1cm list? how is this adjustable?** A: You can definitely move this from shoe to shoe. However there are 2 sets in the package. I needed an 11mm lift and you can make this as high or low as you need. **Q: Are there two lifts or only one?** A: One pair per model. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lifts stay in place within shoes *by on Reviewed in the United States 26 May 2026* Help fix leg shortage reduced lean in postureHave a set in two pairs of shoes inside and outside very covenant to improve posture ### ⭐⭐⭐ Box came opened, damaged, clearly a return. *by on Reviewed in the United States 11 April 2023* The inserts themselves are fine. A bit uncomfortable, but that’s about what I expected. The box came completely opened and the inserts had visible debris on the bottom and had a distinct β€œold man smell.” I assume a previous customer returned these and the seller didn’t bother to properly repackage, clean or otherwise care for the product before shipping it out to the next customer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable and I like the added height *by on Reviewed in the United States 8 July 2023* I got the 1Β½" height increase inserts. I was surprised at the comfort and stability. They cushion my heels when walking as well as giving me an increase in height. I think for most men's shoes that this is the highest insert you can put in your shoe without your heel slipping out of your shoe. I inserted these in my Merrell Jungle Moccasins underneath the liner that comes with the shoes so they stay in place and no one notices them, except when you take your shoes off and suddenly you're shorter than everyone else! Hopefully they're durable enough to last a few months. I'll definitely buy these again. ## Frequently Bought Together - SOL3 Quick Lifts - Height Increase Insole Shoe Lift Insert, 1.5 Inch Taller Elevation Heel Cushion for Men & Women - Dr.Foot Height Increase Insoles, Heel Cushion Inserts, Heel Lift Inserts for Leg Length Discrepancies - Shoe Lifts Heel Height Insoles - Height Increase Insoles for Men & Women, Invisible Foot Pads Shoe Inserts, Lifts w/Cooling Gel Technology, Honeycomb Design & 3 Height Options (2pcs of 1.5 Inch Lift) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/578586868-sol3-quick-lifts-height-increase-insole-shoe-lift-insert-1](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/578586868-sol3-quick-lifts-height-increase-insole-shoe-lift-insert-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
