Review: Adorable, handy and easy to use - I adore this super large silicone mat! I got the biggest one to allow for room while rolling out dough and pasta. The markings are great for size references as your working your dough. It also provides measurements on the side for any adjustments you may need to make for your recipes. This mat washes super early and it hangs well on a hook with the corner tab. It comes with a strap so you can roll the mat up when not using it for easy storage. It also came with a nice sturdy pastry dough cutter. I love the fun Lil corgie peeking at me while I'm working on the mat. It does say it is dishwasher safe but the size is purchased is too big to use in the dishwasher. Overall, I find that it lays really flat and doesn't move as you're working on it. So, I say it is worth the price and easy to use. I think it would be a great item to gift to any baker or cook.

I have not tried using it for baking and I am hesitant because I don't want to ruin it. The silicon bottom sticks to the table top surface which holds the mat in place so that it does not move around as you knead your dough. I love the different conversions on the side as it is very helpful when trying to convert oz to mL. This mat is just big enough for me to work with and small enough to fit in tight space. Cleaning is also super easy as things don't get stuck to the point where you have to scrape it off. It's as easy as rinse off any excess particles that sticks onto the mat, wash it with soapy sponge and rinse the soap off. You'll have to find a way to hang it to let the water run off or just wipe it down with paper towel and then put it away. Simple in deed! I would recommend it.
