I am lazy keto and miss my pasta so much! I can't do those nasty mushroom noodles. Gag. Been trying to find an alternative.. These were great! Pricey... But they were better then anything else I've tried! They do have a different consistency but I didn't mind it once it was drenched in alfredo and chicken. I used it in smaller portions so the bag lasted me a bit longer. Will buy again!

Can be found much more cheaply, at, for example, Trader Joe's.

This product gives me feeling I am eating actual pasta. I've made it with pesto, regular red spaghetti sauce and a cheesy sauce. Since I can't have actual pasta, this is a good substitute.

If this wasn't made in China I would buy it regularly even though the texture is a bit rubbery. Its not so rubbery that its unpleasant the way Shirataki / Miracle noodles are. I don't know why a company would sell food from China, and an ORGANIC product no less. Typically the organic consumers are more critical of food quality. What a shame.

I no longer eat wheat and, therefore, no pasta. And, I am watching carb intake, so that leaves out rice and bean pasta alternative. This green bean pasta ia a great replacement if you are wanting pasta. High protein, low carb. It has a mild flavor that can be jazzed up in whatever way suits one’s palate.

Sadly this is Soy, eventhough it saysgreen bean.. it's a green bean not green beans. Hate I can't return it. Im allergic to Soy.

Not the worst i have ever tried, but they have an odd taste that is present even after toppings are added. Also the texture is a little weird.

The nutrition is amazing. It's satisfying, absorbs flavor, doesn't just sit under it.It's a little chewy unlike wheat pasta -- who cares, the trade off is great. It's not readily available in stores, and Amazon's price is over twice the price of Home Goods. I paid $3.99, with their comparative price at $5.99. Amazon asks $9.99.
