Review: Happy birds - I only have a very small garden but near two commons, so lots of birds. I always feed the birds every year but this year, because of the warm spring, there are so many more bluetits, great tits, robins and blackbirds and many other birds. My small garden is alive from dawn !! I have 6 peanut butter feeders and a flat feeder for robins and it all gets eaten every day. Birds love it, and I love it too, because it helps them find food during this dry period when their natural food is hard to find. I wish I had found this product before because I can fill all the pots every day rather than having to buy new pots all the time. Big saving! BIRDS LOVE IT!!! My neighbours have not complained yet, but the parakeets have just found this treat and are very noisy!! Review: sit back and watch the feast begin ; ) - oh...they love it. A bit too much! Good to buy it in a bulk size. One time it came in two tubs, the other time in a bag inside the box. Didn't matter as easy to fill the feeder with. Lasts a while and doesn't smell the garage out! The birds adore this and it's really good for them and for me as I don't need to buy more expensive supermarket stuff now. This is better as it doesn't melt or drip as others can. Also and importantly, the peanuts nibs are small so is good for health of fledglings. ## Features - Peanuts, Cereals, Oils & Fats, Minerals, Seeds ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00VK9ZP9Q | | Age Range Description | All Life Stages | | Age range (description) | All Life Stages | | Animal Food Diet Type | Plant-Based | | Benefits | High energy food for birds, supports reproduction, environmentally friendly | | Best Sellers Rank | 28,446 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) 468 in Bird Food | | Brand | Utterley Nutterly | | Brand Name | Utterley Nutterly | | Container Type | Carton | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 483 Reviews | | Dog Breed Size | Large | | Flavour | Peanut | | Item Form | Seeds | | Item Weight | 5 Kilograms | | Item form | Seeds | | Manufacturer | Twootz | | Number of Items | 1 | | Occasion | Birthday | | Package Size Name | 5 kg | | Pet Type | Bird | | Recommended Uses For Product | Nutritional support for wild birds in various life stages and health conditions | | Special Features | Wild Bird-Specific, Eco-Friendly Serving, High Energy Content | | Special Ingredients | Peanuts | | Special ingredients | Peanuts | | Specific Uses For Product | Reproduction and Nursing, Bone Health, Energy Supplement, General Health | | Specific uses for product | Reproduction and Nursing, Bone Health, Energy Supplement, General Health | | Target Species | Bird | | Unit Count | 5000 gram | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** All Life Stages - **Brand:** Utterley Nutterly - **Flavour:** Peanut - **Item form:** Seeds - **Specific uses for product:** Reproduction and Nursing, Bone Health, Energy Supplement, General Health ## Images ![5kg Utterly Peanut Butterly Peanut Butter For Wild Birds - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714V2HKKJgL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this 5kg come in two 2.5kg tubs? if so, that price is extortionate! yorkshire trading co. sell the 2.5kg tubs for 4.99 each!** A: One 5kg bag **Q: how long will this product keep for** A: Officially it has a best before of 12 months from production, but if stored in a cool, dry place out of sunlight it should last much longer in reality. In the unlikely event that the birds haven't scoffed the lot well before that and you feel it has dried out a bit adding a little vegetable oil and mixing in will help rejuvenate it. **Q: Why- when so many reviews report broken tubs arriving, has packaging not been improved?? Recvd mine today... In broken tub.** A: I have been buying this product direct from Twootz regularly for a number of years and have noticed an improvement to the packaging as i too initially was receiving broken tubs however I must say that all the tubs i,ve received recently have been intact a have been well wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Twootz are now packaging the paste (5kg size) in cardboard boxes rather than plastic tubs ( direct from them) to save on plastic which is a great idea. **Q: this product on ebay was "best before date" 02/2016 over a year out of date !what are the sbd on tubs when received? please** A: Please note that the image on ebay showing the BBD of 02/2016, when zoomed in on, is a photo taken of the product when it was first listed, hence the old date on the label, we do not update the image every batch. I can assure you that all UPB sold by Twootz is well within it's BBD as it is a very fast seller and we rarely have stock more than 1-2 months from manufactured date. Typically UPB will have a best before date of 12 months from date of manufacture but if kept in optimal conditions it is very likely to last a good deal longer, IF the birds give you that chance of course! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy birds *by S***M on 10 August 2026* I only have a very small garden but near two commons, so lots of birds. It’s also very versatile and can be used in a number of ways, including filling the coconut halves that usually come with it. I also roll it into suet ball sized balls and put them in the suet ball feeder - this is very popular with sparrows, starlings, parakeets, tits - everyone, really. I also crumble up small bits and sprinkle them on the ground for robins and dunnocks. I’ve also smeared it directly into the bark of a tree which has been enjoyed by nuthatches and woodpeckers. It is quite expensive so I don’t buy it all the time, but whenever I do it’s a huge hit and is eaten extremely quickly. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys feeding their garden birds - they will thank you! ## Frequently Bought Together - 5kg Utterly Peanut Butterly Peanut Butter For Wild Birds - Fat Balls for Wild Birds, High Energy Food, Suet Balls for Wild Birds, Made in the UK, Suitable for Year-round Feeding (Box of 50) - RSPB - Premium Dried Mealworms, 5L Bag --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/57676288-5kg-utterly-peanut-butterly-peanut-butter-for-wild-birds](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/57676288-5kg-utterly-peanut-butterly-peanut-butter-for-wild-birds) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
