With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. Also being methylated the added Choline, Inositol and CoC10 are very rare in other quality vitamins. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm.However being an active older man who exercises regularly with an very active job that can become stressful.
