They are not too bulky under clothes, leave you feeling dry until you can find somewhere to change, and tear easily at the sides for a quick change. I never leave home without one, nor does my elderly mother. PS. After high dose antibiotics caused a surprise, and very unwelcome, double incontinence episode whilst travelling home I panicked at first.
