Really good bass and the highs for me are well balanced. My favorite on these in ears is listening to AAC 256 female vocals.Connection to my device is realiable but a few times it has suffer from audio sync when watching videos on YouTube.The only negative that I have for the ATH-CKR55BT is the clip that’s used for holding it to your shirt so you won’t loose it. It’s made really cheap and mine broke within the first week of use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These pair magnificently with certain Android phones *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2020* I initially thought that these earphones were not as high in the quality of sound produced. I was wrong. Although they connect across all devices, they work best with Android phones that allow you to play around with ultra HD sound and HD sound audio. It's incredible, and they are truly noise cancelling. The battery also seems to run more efficiently on Android devices and I have to charge it maybe once every two or three days (and this is after forgetting to turn them off for a whole night). Great value and high quality sound, provided you are using a device that brings out the best in them! ### ⭐⭐ Bulky battery that doesn't hold a charge. Found the device bulky with the large battery, and the product only lasts about an hour on a charge. I hope this is an uncommon defect with the pair I purchased. I also find the microphone and controls to be too close to the ear, which makes it awkward to use. The sound quality is as advertised; very good.UPDATE: after 11 months of use the wires began to deteriorate at 2 different places where the wire meets the controls and plastic clip. Very disappointed at the durability.
