This heat pad is so good, I've tried various back heat pads for relief on a prolapsed disc, & they barley get hot enough to feel anything. So I thought I'd try a different route & try a period pain relief pad. I'm so glad I did, using it on the back instead of the front is a little trickier, but if you set it up before putting it on, it's not an issue. It's lightweight and has a lovely feel to it and the controls are very easy, and on the highest setting it does get quite hot, hot enough to feel through a thin item of clothing also. The expanding belt size is generous, but there is also an extending section too for those a bit "portly" like myself lol and it's not bulky. It's really comfortable to wear, you can literally forget you have it on.
