Every effective product. Material jacket very good quality, as too is the stitching. As pointed out in the leaflet, be patient, heat up in microwave and initially wait for the heat to transfer through the outer jacket. Very effective and highly recommended. A lot easier and safer than the traditional hot water bottle !!!!
