The sleeve ones always slip down.** A: No, I wouldn’t recommend them for golfing. They require you to wrap them tightly to assist with a lift or squat. I’d recommend Old Bones Therapy knee sleeves! **Q: do these have the loop where i can fit my leg through?** A: No you just wrap them around your leg like an ace bandage and it supports the knee and gives you a little snap back in your deep squats or deadlifts **Q: how do these fasten? velcro or just tuck the end in?** A: Velcro, they are real good, I recommended, material is real good I will give 4.9 starts **Q: Hi, do you have an video for how to use it? because i can't make velcro touch. and there is a hoop i don't know how to use it. thank you** A: Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience. We request you to please watch a tutorial on youtube for your ease.
