**Q: Sound quality is terrible. It is staticky with songs and stories even with volume put on low. Is mine defective?**
A: I’m not sure if it’s defective I would check into it. My daughter’s box is kind of low in volume but I’ve had no issues with it being staticky.

**Q: Can additional characters be bought?**
A: Yes, other Tonies can be purchased and played on this Tonebox as well.

**Q: How do loved ones upload stories to the Tonies?  Can family who live long distances do this?**

My daughter is absolutely obsessed with her Tonie box. We love it too! Not stimulating, but will entertain her for hours. We’ll be bringing this on our road trip which will hopefully keep her happy for most of it! She loves all the songs and loves dancing with it.
