Even though it’s described as an alloy paint, it popped well on my plastic cover. Top it off with satin lacquer from Halfords and super satisfied with the result. With all spray jobs the key is in the preparation. Make sure that the area is clean, smooth and free of grease and oil. I applied 2 coats and finished off with a good 2 coats of a Matt clear lacquer that I already had (Halfords).
