**Q: How many pounds or should I say .. what’s the strength level of each finger stretch bands?**
A: Not much. But if you do it correctly it should have a little difficulty you start at the top work your way to base of your fingers stretching up to you how many times, reps or sets.

**Q: Does anyone have an opinion as to how these are in comparison to just the squeeze balls?**
A: The handgrips with kg weight adjustment provides more of resistance for conditioning. It comes with a stress ball and squeeze ball. Those are typically not as much resistamce, little to none. So i mean you would have to really be weak to have to use a squeeze ball for strength gains. Thats for ppl coming off physical therapy due to like a stroke or some surgery resulting in the loss of strength in the hands and arms.

**Q: Is it noisy? Would like to use this in a quiet office.**
A: It is quiet enough for you to use in the office without disturbing anyone.
