They tie easily, are sturdy and hold a significant amount of waste (I have 2 dogs taken out together). The best feature is the ease in opening them. The most important thing to me is having handles. After I pick up the stuff, I can tie the bag closed and even tie the bag to the leash handle if I want. Without handles, you can't do that. Getting them 400 at a time means you won't have to order very often and you get a good price that way. The only complaint I'd have is the box they come in. It's flimsy with a perforated opening to pull the bags out one at a time, but since Amazon didn't put it in another box (they just put a mailing label right on top of the perforated opening) the box was damaged in shipping. It didn't affect the bags themselves but still... The price is right too. Right now they are $17. That's the same price I paid in 2021. In 2020 and 2019 and 2018 and 2017 I paid $16.
