Purchased a cheap chair from Sam's Club (looked good and the price was right). After a few months the chair support collapsed on one side. I learned my lesson and went hunting for a replacement on Amazon.com. Much to my dismay, there seemed to be hundreds, if not thousands of so called ergonomic office chairs. I narrowed my search to mid-priced chairs. I found one that fit the bill, although the price was a little more than I wanted to pay, but added it to my cart and saved if for later.When I got ready to take the plunge and purchase, I decided to double check my buying decision and do one more search. I stumbled across this chair during my search and it had everything I wanted for a better price. Next step, checked the reviews and videos and everyone seemed to like it with few negative comments. I decided to give it a chance.I am so glad I did. The chair was easy to assemble with very clear instructions, only took a few minutes, even going at a snail's pace to make sure I avoided mistakes. However the proof is in the pudding. The seat cushion is very comfortable and the net fabric is giving while being extremely supportive. I am 5'7" and weigh 185 lbs.; fits me like a glove.I am happy and content with my purchase and pleasantly surprise at the higher quality at a lower price.

The chair arrived quickly, which was a great start. Assembly was a bit tricky, but manageable with some patience.I have a bad back and spend most of my day sitting, so finding the right chair was a top priority. My last chair was a gaming chair, and it didn’t hold up well over time. After days of research, I chose this chair because of its adjustable lumbar support and solid reviews.I've been using it for about a month now, and I can honestly say it's been a life saver. It’s firm, but not too firm, and it supports my lower back in just the right way. The only modification I made was adding padding to the armrests because I have sensitive elbows.Overall, I’m very happy with this chair and would definitely recommend it—especially if you deal with lower back pain. Solid choice for comfort and support.

I looked at several office chairs and even bought another one, and then returned it, but this chair is by far the best. It's a keeper. It's very Ergonomic. It has a lumbar support; the arms can be adjusted to fit you, as well as a neck support. It is very comfortable to sit in. It also has a rock or recline feature if you wish. I am using it as an office chair, but it can be used as a gaming chair as well. It is very well built and can support a 330 lb. person. One other selling point is that it has a 5-year warranty unlike many others that only have a one year. I can't recommend it enough.

Update:I cleaned the cylinder and it works now. Four stars because, for me, the cushion is slightly uncomfortable, its front edge is leaning down too much. And, being upholstered, it accumulates dust that is visible.I bought the chair in March of 2024. The chair height can't be adjusted. The product description promises lifetime warranty. The buyers just have to contact the seller. There is no link or contact information how to contact the seller. The product support link is for troubleshooting on customer's own. The suggestion if the height can't be adjusted is to clean the cylinder or buy a new one, making sure to find what model of the cylinder will be the right one. I can't figure out how to identify the correct part number for the cylinder. And don't know how much it would cost.
