Looks like cat demon eyes. Great price and usually receive within 14 days from China. They seem to make them next day from order. Easy install and you can wire however you like. I wire mine to parking lights at the easiest place to tap in. I haven't had any problems with flashing or blinking even though they are led. They can place anything you can send them a picture of on the lights. I screw mine through the grille opening and haven't used the tape so far. You can also use zip ties to add extra security.
