During pregnancy this is an awful state to be in, especially in the third trimester when baby is squishing every internal organ. Indigestion becomes a normal consequence of consuming anything when your stomach lives in your chest, so discovering how gentle Crangrape was an epic change for me. My stomach was so upset all the time that I usually had a burning esophagus and had to sleep essentially sitting up to keep the acid down.
