### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for wrist/arm PT
*by S***C on August 26, 2026*

Perfect for my small hands to grip. I use them for PT rehab of my wrists and forearm/elbow. Rubber coating makes them easy to hold, and shape is more comfortable than a small dumbbell. Plus, I only needed one and most dumbbells are sold in pairs or over priced.
