Not cheap at all! Easy to install. No leaks. The handle spray options are a great feature. Only issue was the handle holder glue is weak, had to use something heavy duty to stick to the wall.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. Personally, this is the best rain shower product I have found and I very happy with it. I am glad that I went with the 12" size as I think the 6" size would be to small. The instructions are easy to follow, and I have not had any leaks. I was very skeptical about the arm, but it holds fast and locks into place. Just make sure you tighten the wing nuts tight with your hand. I know my shower time has increased 10-fold. I am glad I am the only person living in my house, as I tend to empty the hot water heater. Oooops.
