I really didn't want to get this style strap but after going through a few others searching for comfort and function, this was the only one that worked and has been reliable. Now 10 months in on using it and still going. It can be a bit uncomfortable and warm, but it gets the job done. It does have a few issues. First, as others have said, the small straps that go around the front and back of the head are too short. And they have no stretch, which they really need. Hint - set the straps and leave them.
